Handstand Hold

Shoulders

Kick up to a handstand against a wall, hands shoulder-width apart and fingers spread for a stable base. Once you are upside down, press actively through your palms and shoulders rather than just letting your bones stack passively, that active push is what keeps you balanced and controlled. Squeeze your ribs down and your glutes tight so your body forms one straight line rather than bending at the hips. Keep your head in a neutral position, eyes looking between your hands rather than craning to see the wall. Come down with control the moment your form starts to break rather than crashing out of it.
