Stair Climb

Legs

Before you start, make sure your posture is right because it matters more than speed. Lean slightly forward from the hips, shoulders directly over the pedals, and don't hold the rails — your legs should do all the work. The real burn should start fast. Effort isn't about how fast you climb; it's about pressing down hard with each step, loading your quads and glutes fully. Most people let gravity bring the pedal down and just swing their knees up. Instead, drive each step with real intent. Harder pressing beats faster movement.
