Standing Quad Stretch

Legs

Stand next to a wall or chair and hold it with one hand for support. Bend your other knee and grab that foot behind you, pulling your heel toward your glute. With your balance handled, drive your hips slightly forward and keep your knees together — that forward push is what turns this into a stretch through your hip flexor as well as your quad, rather than just your thigh. Keep your torso upright instead of leaning into the support to compensate. Having something to hold lets you stay in the position longer and actually settle into the stretch instead of wobbling out of it.
