Cable Pull-Through

LegsBack

Face away from a low pulley with a rope attachment run between your legs, and walk forward until there's tension on the cable. Hinge at your hips with a soft bend in your knees, letting the rope pull your hands back between your thighs as your torso lowers toward the floor. Keep your spine long rather than rounding your lower back to reach further down. Drive your hips forward to stand back up, squeezing your glutes hard at the top instead of finishing the rep by leaning your torso backward. The cable keeps steady tension through the whole hinge, which makes this a good way to feel what your hips should be doing on a deadlift without your lower back taking over the movement.
