Crab Walk
Core
Most people let their hips sag in crab walk, which kills the entire point of the movement. Sit on the floor with your hands behind you, fingers pointing backward, and your feet in front with knees bent. Press through your hands and feet to lift your hips off the ground, forming a table with your body. Walk forward by moving one arm and one leg at a time — right arm and right leg, then left arm and left leg. Your hips should stay level and lifted throughout.
