Front Lever
Back
Begin with a tuck front lever — knees bent, feet tucked close to your body — before you chase a straddle or full front lever. Hang from a bar with a grip wider than shoulder-width. Pull your chest toward the bar and hold your body nearly parallel to the ground. Your elbows stay bent and stacked directly under your shoulders. Most of your body hangs horizontal; your legs are tucked or straddled to make it manageable. Hold the tension without rocking. This is an advanced isometric hold; build into it through progressions, not by forcing the end goal.
