Tuck Front Lever

Back

Hang from the bar with a full grip, arms straight. Pull your knees up toward your chest while leaning your shoulders back and driving them down away from your ears, until your torso is roughly horizontal with your knees tucked tight to your body — the whole shape rotates around the shoulder, not just the hips. Your lats and lower back do the work of holding that lean; a hollow, tucked position takes enough of the leverage out of the hold to make it achievable. Keep your arms straight throughout — bending them turns this into a different exercise entirely.
