Good Morning Stretch
BackLegs
Stand with feet hip-width apart, a soft bend in your knees. Hinge forward from your hips, sending them back as your torso tips toward the floor, keeping your spine long rather than rounding it. Let your arms hang or rest your hands lightly on your thighs for support as you lower only as far as your hamstrings and lower back allow while keeping that flat back. You'll feel this run from your hamstrings up through your lower back and glutes, since the hinge loads both at once. Come up by driving your hips forward rather than pulling yourself up through your lower back.
