Wind-Relieving Pose
Core
Lie on your back and pull both knees toward your chest, wrapping your arms around your shins or clasping your hands just below your knees. Gently draw your knees in until you feel a stretch through your lower back and the front of your hips, keeping your lower back pressed toward the floor rather than arching. Your head and shoulders can stay down and relaxed, or lift slightly to bring your nose toward your knees for more. Rock gently side to side if that feels good, or hold still -- either way, keep your breathing slow rather than holding it against the compression. Release your legs down slowly rather than dropping them.
