Incline Y-Raise

ShouldersBack

Lie face down on an incline bench with a light dumbbell in each hand, chest pressed into the pad and arms hanging straight down. Raise both arms up and out at a diagonal, thumbs leading, until they form a Y above your head in line with the slope of the bench. Keep the movement coming from your shoulder blades pulling down and together, not just your arms swinging up; think about dragging your shoulder blades toward your back pockets as your arms rise. This angle leans harder on your lower traps than a straight-out-to-the-side raise, so expect to need noticeably lighter weight.
