Band Face Pull

Shoulders

You should feel this mostly across your upper back and the backs of your shoulders, not your arms. Anchor the band at roughly chest height and step back until there's tension even with your arms extended. Pull the band toward your face, splitting your hands apart as your elbows drive high and wide — think about pulling your hands past your ears, not just toward your nose. Squeeze your shoulder blades together and hold that squeeze for a beat before you let the band pull your arms back out. Keep your elbows above your wrists throughout; if they drop, the movement turns into a row and the rear delts stop doing the work.
