IT Band Stretch
Legs
Stand and cross one leg behind the other, feet roughly in line. Shift your hips to the side away from your back leg and lean your torso the same direction, reaching that same-side arm overhead for a long line down your side and outer hip. Keep both feet flat rather than rolling onto the outside edge of your back foot for balance. The stretch runs along the outside of your thigh on the back leg, from hip to knee, so push your hip sideways rather than just bending your spine to get there. Hold something stable if your balance needs the help.
