Single Leg Balance Eyes Closed

Legs

Stand tall on one leg with your knee soft, not locked, and let your other foot hover just off the floor. Once you're steady, close your eyes. Removing your vision forces your ankle, knee and hip to do all the correcting that your eyes normally help with, so small wobbles are expected — let your standing foot make tiny adjustments rather than stiffening up and fighting them. Keep your hips level and your torso upright over your standing foot instead of leaning to compensate. If you drift or need to touch down, reset and try again. Keeping a wall or rack nearby to catch yourself is fine while you build confidence.
