Reverse Plank

Core

Sit with your legs out in front of you, hands planted behind your hips, fingers pointing toward your feet or turned slightly out. Push through your palms and heels to lift your hips until your body forms a straight line from your shoulders to your ankles, facing the ceiling. Squeeze your glutes to keep your hips up rather than letting them sag toward the floor, and keep your neck relaxed instead of cranking your head back. Your shoulders should stay stacked over your hands the whole time — if they drift forward or back, the load shifts unevenly onto your wrists.
