Dolphin Pose

Shoulders

Your forearms rest on the floor, parallel and shoulder-width apart, with your elbows positioned directly under your shoulders. Your body forms a straight line from your head all the way down to your heels. Lower your hips and chest as if you're trying to slide forward under a low ceiling, which stretches your shoulders and upper back effectively. Don't let your lower back sag down into the position; keep everything aligned and stable. Hold the position steady, breathing calmly and evenly. This is like a plank mixed with a chest opener.
