Single Leg Stance
Legs
Stand on one foot, letting the other hover just off the ground with a soft bend in both knees. Keep your hips level rather than letting the side of your lifted leg drop, and fix your eyes on a point in front of you rather than looking down at your feet. Your standing foot will make constant small adjustments to keep you upright — let it, rather than fighting to stay perfectly rigid. Keep your core lightly braced and your standing knee soft, not locked. Once this feels stable, make it harder by closing your eyes or turning your head slowly side to side, which takes away the visual cues you're leaning on to balance.
