TRX Y-Fly
Shoulders
Set the TRX to a mid length. Face the anchor point, hold the handles at chest height with straight arms, and lean forward so your body is at an angle. From there, raise your arms out to the sides and slightly upward in a Y position, pulling yourself up and forward with your shoulder muscles. Lower with control. The lean-back angle is the whole setup; if you're too upright, your shoulders won't have to work. Give yourself enough lean that you feel your chest and shoulders fighting the angle. The position is the difficulty, not the speed.
