Wall Walk

Shoulders

The biggest mistake is trying to walk your feet up to the wall too fast. You'll lose tension in your core and shoulders, and your hips will pike up instead of staying level. Start in a plank with your hands a few inches from the wall. Walk your feet up slowly while keeping your body tight as a board—shoulders over wrists, hips level, core locked. The higher you go, the harder it gets. When you reach a comfortable height, pause and feel the weight pressing into your hands, then walk back down with the same control.
