Hindu Push-Up
Chest
Start in a downward-dog-style position, hips lifted high, hands and feet forming an inverted V. Dive your chest forward and down in a swooping arc, sweeping close to the floor and through until your hips nearly touch down and your chest lifts, arms straightening and back arching so you finish looking up and forward. Reverse the arc to sweep back through to the starting downward-dog position for the next rep. It's one continuous flowing movement rather than a straight up-and-down press, and it moves your shoulders through a much bigger range than a standard push-up. Keep the sweep smooth and controlled rather than rushing through the middle of the arc.
