Weighted Chin-Up
BackArms
Palms face you on this one, which shifts a good share of the work into your biceps alongside your back. Start from a full hang, arms straight, shoulders down, then pull your chin over the bar by driving your elbows toward your hips rather than just curling your forearms. Keep your elbows in front of your body rather than flaring them wide -- a chin-up stays close and vertical. Lower all the way back to a dead hang before the next rep. The added weight will expose any tendency to cut the bottom range short, so let your arms fully straighten each time.
