Ankle Dorsiflexion Stretch

Legs

Kneel or half-kneel with one foot flat on the floor in front of you, toes pointing straight ahead. Keeping your heel glued to the ground, drive your knee forward over your toes and slightly past them, feeling the stretch through the front of your ankle and calf as your shin angles forward. Your heel lifting off the floor is the sign you've gone too far — the whole point is pushing your knee forward while your heel stays down, which builds the ankle range you're after. Hold with gentle, steady pressure rather than bouncing, then ease back and repeat before switching sides. This is the opposite motion of pointing your toes, so if your foot is flexed and pointed away from you, you're doing a different stretch entirely.
