Soleus Stretch
Legs
Stand with one foot behind the other, both feet pointed forward. Bend both knees, sinking your hips down while keeping your back heel flat on the floor. Bending the back knee is what shifts the stretch out of your bigger calf muscle and down into the muscle underneath it — if your knee stays straight you're stretching a different part of your calf. Keep your back foot flat and pointed straight ahead rather than turned out, which lets the stretch drift to the side of your ankle instead. You'll feel this low, near your Achilles, rather than in the bulk of your calf.
