Deep Squat Hold

LegsCore

Send your hips back and down into the lowest squat you can reach with good control, feet flat and knees tracking out over your toes. Keep your chest lifted and your heels pressed into the floor rather than letting your weight roll onto your toes. Rest your elbows against the insides of your knees to gently push them out if you need help staying open. Hold the bottom position rather than bouncing in and out of it, and let your hips sink deeper the longer you stay there as your ankles and hips loosen into the range.
