EXERCISE · KETTLEBELL
Weighted Deep Squat Hold
LegsCore
Hold a kettlebell close to your chest with both hands cupping the horns, elbows tucked in. Send your hips back and down into the lowest squat you can control, keeping your chest lifted against the extra weight pulling you forward. Your heels stay planted and your knees track out over your toes rather than caving in. Hold the bottom position, letting the weight help pull your hips deeper and open your ankles and hips over time rather than forcing the depth yourself. Keep your elbows braced against the insides of your knees if that helps you stay upright and open.
