Doorway Chest Stretch
Chest
Stand in a doorway and place your forearms on each side of the frame, elbows bent to about 90 degrees and roughly at shoulder height. Step one foot through the doorway and shift your weight forward until you feel a pull across your chest and the front of your shoulders. Keep your chest lifted and your shoulder blades drawing down your back rather than letting your shoulders round forward to chase more range. Raising your elbows slightly higher shifts the stretch toward the upper chest, lowering them shifts it toward the lower chest. Let the depth build with your breathing rather than forcing a big step through.
