Wall Pec Stretch
ChestShoulders
Stand side-on to a wall and place your forearm and palm flat against it, elbow bent to about 90 degrees and roughly at shoulder height. Rotate your torso away from the wall, keeping your arm pinned in place, until you feel a stretch across your chest and the front of your shoulder on that side. Working one arm at a time like this lets you find the exact height and rotation that stretches you the most, rather than splitting your attention across both sides in a doorway. Keep your shoulder pulled down rather than hiking toward your ear as you rotate. Small changes in arm height shift the stretch between your chest and shoulder.
