High Lunge
Legs
You should feel a deep stretch through your back hip and glute, and strength in your front leg. Step your right foot forward into a lunge, front knee stacking over your ankle. Your back heel lifts off the ground, back leg straight and engaged. Square your shoulders over your hips and press your chest upright. Your hands can press into the front thigh for support, or reach overhead if mobility allows. The deeper the lunge, the stronger the sensation in your front quad and the deeper the stretch in your back hip. Breathe steadily. If your front knee dives inward, correct it—it should track over your toes.
