Legs Up the Wall

Legs

Sit sideways next to a wall, then swing your legs up it as you lower your back to the floor, scooting your hips in until they're close to the wall. Your legs rest straight up against it, arms relaxed out to your sides, palms up. Let your legs go heavy rather than holding them there with effort -- the wall is doing that job. Keep your lower back settled on the floor rather than arching to get your hips closer to the wall; a small gap is fine. This is a good spot to drop into after a long day on your feet or a hard set of anything leg-heavy.
