Seated Wide-Leg Forward Fold
Legs
Sit with your legs spread wide into a V, knees and toes pointing up toward the ceiling. Walk your hands forward between your legs, hinging from your hips and keeping your chest lifted rather than immediately rounding your spine. Go only as far as you can while keeping your back relatively flat, the width of your legs already does most of the stretching through your inner thighs, so you do not need to chase extra depth by rounding forward. Rest your hands or forearms on the floor once you reach your limit and let your legs relax open rather than muscling them wider.
