Levator Scapulae Stretch
ShouldersBack
Sit or stand tall and drop your chin toward your armpit on one side, rotating your head roughly 45 degrees from straight ahead. Rest that hand on the back of your head and let its weight add a gentle pull rather than yanking down. Reach your other arm down and back, or hold the seat under you, to anchor that shoulder down and stop it from hiking up to meet the stretch. You'll feel this along the side and back of your neck, running down toward your shoulder blade. Keep the pull light and steady rather than bouncing; this muscle responds better to a slow settle than force.
