Shoulder CAR
Shoulders
Stand tall and raise one arm out to the side, then slowly circle it through the fullest range your shoulder allows — up by your ear, back behind you, down by your hip, and around — while keeping your torso completely still. Any lean or twist through your ribs is your body cheating range that your shoulder alone couldn't produce. Move slower than feels natural, right at the edge of your available motion, rather than swinging through the easy middle. If you find a point where the joint catches or a direction feels noticeably tighter, that's the range worth returning to, not skipping past.
