EXERCISE · BARBELL
Meadows Row
BackArms
This is a single-arm row with the bar anchored in a corner or held against your torso. The difference from a two-arm row is the unilateral load: your core has to work harder to stay upright against the rotational force, and your working side gets all the attention without your stronger side masking an imbalance. Stand to one side of the bar, grip it with your near hand, and row it toward your hip and rib cage. Drive your elbow back and slightly behind your body. Squeeze your lat and back hard at the top.
