T-Bar Row
BackArms
The T-bar row sits between a barbell row and a single-sided pull. Your torso angle is usually less bent than a traditional barbell row, and one end of the bar is fixed while the other side you grip. This changes the path the bar travels and how your body has to adapt. It's easier than a barbell row for some people because you can load one side without as much balance demand, but the angle shift means your lats and back need to work in a slightly different way. Use it when you want a barbell-like movement with more stability, or to hit your back from a different angle.
