Overhead Squat

Legs

Take a wide, snatch-style grip on the bar and press it overhead so it sits locked out directly above your ears, not out in front. From there, squat down while keeping the bar balanced overhead the entire time — the moment it drifts forward, you'll feel it pulling you off balance immediately. Keep your chest up and your arms locked, pushing up into the bar rather than just holding it there passively. Sit down between your heels rather than your toes, and go as deep as you can while keeping your heels planted and the bar stacked over your midfoot. Losing tightness overhead is usually what breaks this squat down, not your legs giving out.
