Reverse Curl

Arms

Grip the bar with your palms facing down, hands about shoulder-width apart. Curl the bar up toward your shoulders while holding that overhand grip the entire time — your wrists shouldn't rotate the way they would in a standard curl. Keep your elbows tucked at your sides and your wrists firm rather than letting them bend backward under the load. Lower under control until your arms are straight. The overhand grip shifts emphasis toward your forearms and the muscle on the outside of your upper arm, so expect this to feel like a different, harder exercise than a normal curl even at a lighter load.
