EXERCISE · DUMBBELL
Hammer Curl
Arms
Hold the dumbbell with your palm facing your body the whole way up — that neutral grip is what shifts the feel toward your forearm and the outer part of your bicep rather than the classic curl squeeze. Keep your upper arm pinned to your side and curl one arm at a time, feeling the effort travel from your elbow crease down into your forearm as you lower it back under control. Your wrist should stay locked straight throughout; if it's bending to help you swing the weight up, you've gone too heavy.
