Ring Dip

ChestArmsShoulders

The one thing that matters with rings is that they shift under you as you move, demanding your entire torso stays tight and straight. Lean forward slightly to place more work on your chest; stay more upright to hit your triceps harder. Start from the top with straight arms and controlled descent — gravity is already working against you, and rushing wastes the instability advantage. Press back to the top, keeping your shoulders packed so the rings stay stable. The rings force your stabilizers to work harder than a fixed bar does.
