Decline Push-Up
Chest
Set up in a push-up position with your feet raised on a bench or box behind you, hands on the floor under your shoulders. The elevated feet shift more of your bodyweight onto your hands and change the angle of the press, putting extra emphasis on your upper chest and shoulders compared to a standard push-up. Lower your chest toward the floor with your elbows at roughly a 45-degree angle from your body, then press back up to full arm extension. Keep your hips in line with your shoulders and ankles rather than letting them sag, which is easier to lose with the added weight on your hands. The higher your feet, the more the load shifts forward onto your shoulders.
