Single-Leg Glute Bridge

LegsCore

Lie on your back with one foot flat on the floor, knee bent, and the other leg extended straight up or held close to your chest. Drive through the heel of your planted foot to lift your hips until your body forms a straight line from shoulder to knee, squeezing the glute on the working side at the top. Keep your hips level the whole way up — if the free-leg side sags or rotates open, you're compensating with your lower back instead of your glute. Work one side fully, then switch, and notice if one side locks out easier than the other so you know where to spend extra sets.
