EXERCISE · DUMBBELL
Weighted Single-Leg Glute Bridge
LegsCore
Set up as you would for a two-leg bridge, but extend one leg straight out and keep the dumbbell resting on the hip of the leg still on the ground. Drive through that single planted heel to lift your hips level, without letting the raised-leg side dip or your hips rotate open to compensate. One leg working alone means roughly double the demand on that glute compared with the two-footed version, and far less room to cheat with your lower back. Keep your extended leg roughly in line with your torso rather than letting it drift up, which quietly shifts the work off your hip.
