Sphinx Pose

Back

Your forearms are on the floor, parallel and shoulder-width apart, with your elbows positioned directly under your shoulders. Your chest lifts up and your eyes look forward or slightly down. Keep your lower body on the ground, pelvis relaxed. This isn't a deep bend; your upper back should feel long and mobile, not pinched or compressed. Keep your shoulders back away from your ears, breathe steadily, and hold the position without forcing any depth.
