EXERCISE · BODYWEIGHT
Supine Bound Angle
Legs
Lie completely flat on your back, bring the soles of your feet together, and let your knees drop open toward the floor under their own weight. Flat on the ground rather than propped up, your hips settle further into the stretch and your lower back has less support, so this is the deeper version of the shape. Rest your arms out to the sides or overhead and resist pulling your feet in closer to your body — sliding them further away narrows the angle and eases the stretch, closer in deepens it. Let your breathing slow down rather than forcing your knees toward the floor.
