Reclining Bound Angle

Legs

Lean back onto your forearms rather than lying flat, bring the soles of your feet together, and let your knees fall open toward the ground. Leaning back like this keeps you semi-upright, taking some depth out of the hip stretch and putting less demand on your lower back than lying all the way down, which makes it a good entry point or a gentler session. Let your knees sink under their own weight instead of pressing down on them, and keep your chest open rather than rounding forward onto your propped arms. Slow, steady breathing does more here than forcing your knees any lower.
