Toes to Bar
CoreBack
This one requires bar pull-up strength already in place. If you can't pull yourself up to the bar, you can't pull your toes to it — the same lats and core tension that drive a pull-up are what make this movement possible. Hang from the bar with straight arms, engage your core deeply, and use a smooth, controlled motion to swing your toes up to touch the bar. Don't jerk or kip unless that's the specific movement you're doing today. Control the weight both up and down.
