Tuck Planche
Core
Place your hands on the floor, fingers spread, and lean your shoulders forward past your wrists until your weight sits mostly over your hands. From there, tuck your knees to your chest and lift your feet off the ground, balancing your rounded body entirely on your arms. Rounding your back and pulling your knees in tight brings your center of mass closer to your hands, which is what makes the balance possible at all — the tighter the tuck, the more stable it feels. Keep pushing the floor away through straight arms rather than letting your elbows bend and your shoulders sink.
