Wall Hamstring Stretch
Legs
Lie on your back close to a wall and rest one leg up it, straight, while your other leg stays bent with that foot flat on the floor. Scoot your hips closer to the wall to increase the stretch, or further away to ease it. Keep the leg on the wall straight but not locked, and let your lower back settle flat on the floor rather than arching to compensate. You'll feel this along the back of the leg that's up the wall, and gravity does the work here instead of you pulling with your hands. This is the one to reach for when your lower back doesn't tolerate the forward hinge of the standing or seated versions.
