Wrist Extensor Stretch
Arms
Extend one arm in front of you, palm facing down, and let your wrist drop so your fingers point toward the floor. Use your other hand to gently pull the back of your hand toward you, deepening the bend at your wrist. You'll feel this along the top of your forearm, the muscles that lift your hand and fingers rather than curl them. Keep your elbow straight but not locked, and pull from the wrist rather than rotating your whole forearm to fake more range. Ease off if you feel any pinching on the top of your wrist itself rather than a stretch through the muscle.
