Wrist Flexor Stretch

Arms

Extend one arm in front of you, palm facing up, fingers relaxed. Use your other hand to gently pull your fingers and hand back toward you, extending your wrist until you feel a stretch along the underside of your forearm. Keep your elbow straight but not locked, and pull steadily rather than bouncing into it. You'll feel this from your wrist up toward your elbow, along the muscles that curl your fingers and wrist rather than the ones that lift them. If you feel it more in your palm or fingers than your forearm, ease the pull and let your fingers relax rather than gripping through the stretch.
