Agility Ladder
Legs
Lay the ladder flat on the ground and move through it one rung at a time, driving your knees up and staying on the balls of your feet. Your steps should be quick and light — think of the ground as hot, not something to stomp into. Keep your arms pumping opposite your legs the way you would when running; it helps rhythm more than people expect. Accuracy matters more than raw speed at first. Hitting one rung per box cleanly, in a straight line, with your hips staying level, builds the foot speed and coordination this drill is actually for. Speed climbs on its own once the pattern is automatic.
