A-Skip

Legs

The A-skip teaches rhythm and knee drive. Skip forward with high knees, and here's the key: every time your knee comes up, your opposite arm swings up to meet it at about chest height. It's coordinated, not chaotic — each skip should feel bouncy and controlled. The movement trains your nervous system to fire your hip flexors explosively and sync them with your upper body. Skip for distance, not just height. Most people make it sloppy; the drill only works if every rep looks the same.
